The Scion xB Vogtland sport suspension kit provides a complete tuned suspension package and significantly improves the vehicles dynamic behavior. Each damper is produced to the most stringent quality standards by some of the most respected damper suppliers in the industry. According to the setting and the lowering of the kit gas shock absorbers or performance shock absorbers with a low-pressure gas system will be used. The shock absorbers with a 10-15 % harder suspension compared to the standard running gear respond immediately and guaranty always a supreme handling for your vehicle. These kits are adjustable regarding the force. The damper can be adjusted when either fitted or removed to match various driving conditions and tuned to provide a boulevard ride or razor sharp handling.
We use our tried and trusted sport springs with progressive tuning and only the best quality performance shock absorbers in our VOGTLAND complete kits. Brake dives and body roll during cornering are significantly reduced. All complete kits respond immediately to your input and provide you with a safe and responsive vehicle. Special rebound shock absorbers are characterised by their high dynamic response even at the limits of their performance. The use of these, in some cases adjustable shock absorbers, in combination with the corresponding performance springs, guarantees the necessary pre-suspension of the springs. The individual tuning of the high-performance shock absorbers is backed up by many years of experience in co-operation with leading tuning specialists.

Returns for un used items that were either damaged or faulty upon delivery are accepted, but this will be done on a case by case basis. Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by www.xBCrew.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
1. Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from www.xBCrew.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
2. Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your www.xBCrew.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that www.xBCrew.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
3. Merchandise classified by www.xBCrew.com for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
7. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by www.xBCrew.com

8. Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
9. Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
