The Scion xB DC Sports DME Engine Torque Damper is a compact, self contained shock that reduces unwanted engine movement. By eliminating this movement, you are in essence transferring the power it once took away from your engine to do this, and putting it to the wheels. The damper installs in between the engine and chassis with custom steel brackets (for maximum strength). It effectively restricts engine movement caused by engine torque when you are shifting gears. So in between gear shifts you are less likely to miss that gear during aggressive shifting. As well as, rock solid response once in the next gear. It also reduces the shock and stress to the OEM engine mounts causing them to last much, much longer. It is adjustable for pre-load and dampening strength, so you can dial in your custom application or just what feels right to you.. Transfer more power to the wheels by minimizing engine movement. Each DME engine torque damper is quick to install and is supplied with all necessary hardware and installation instructions.
Returns for un used items that were either damaged or faulty upon delivery are accepted, but this will be done on a case by case basis. Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by www.xBCrew.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
1. Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from www.xBCrew.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
2. Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your www.xBCrew.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that www.xBCrew.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
3. Merchandise classified by www.xBCrew.com for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
7. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by www.xBCrew.com

8. Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
9. Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
