(Department of Transportation) compliant to FMVSS no. 108 (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) and manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO 9002 and QS 9000 quality certified factory.
In order to ensure perfection, we rigorously test every ANZO USA xB tail lights products in a Thermo-Hygrometer (temperature and humidity chamber) and Rain-Resistant Tester. As well as thoroughly exposing all of our xB tail lights products to intense photometric testing to guarantee strict compliance with local, state, federal and international standards.
All of our xB tail lights products are designed using CAD/CAM computerized equipment and these modern xB tail lights designs are then tested using a 3-dimensional testing machine to insure precision and accuracy in the research, development and design of our xB molds.
Returns for un used items that were either damaged or faulty upon delivery are accepted, but this will be done on a case by case basis. Please make sure you are ordering the right part for your application, and that you have researched that the items you ordered were exactly what you were looking for. Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by www.xBCrew.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
1. Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from www.xBCrew.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
2. Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your www.xBCrew.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that www.xBCrew.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
3. Merchandise classified by www.xBCrew.com for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
7. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by www.xBCrew.com

8. Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
9. Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
